Based on my pecan brittle recipe, this is a no-nut crisp and sweet alternative. It’s also packed with loads of vitamins and Omega 3 fat.
Unlike the almond cookies these do go crisp. They are buttery and delicious and are great with a glass of whole raw milk or as an accompaniment to ice cream.
